On February 18th 2017 we celebrated a decade of humanitarian work. Hay Doun hosted the Bella Vita Gala, and brought together founding members, staff, volunteers, community members and benefactors. Over 230 guests were present for the celebration which took place at the splendid Gare Viger.

Masque-“Arade” …meaning “plenty” in Armenian was a gala that truly lived-up to its thematic title! Plenty… of supporters more than 350 attended the February 6th 2010 event. They all believed in Hay Doun’s mission and commitment to helping the vulnerable members of our community.
A friend had an excellent idea of reserving two tickets for a spaghetti night given by Hay Doun’s group of volunteers supporting a great cause: that of Armenian immigrants from Iraq.
For the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Canadian Youth Mission of Armenia (CYMA) and the 2nd anniversary of Hay Doun Family Support Services, the Armenian Holy Apostolic Church of the Canadian Diocese organized its first Golf Tournament on July 11, 2009.
We are living many firsts in Hay Doun. On November 16th, 2008, Hay Doun held its first General Assembly in the Marie Manoukian Hall.
On April 5, 2008, in celebration of its first anniversary, Hay Doun organized a fundraising event –“Joie de Vivre” at Marché Bonsecours. The evening’s guest of honour was Mr. Gérald Tremblay, the mayor of Montreal.
